Summary:
It was a surprise for all of us one of the last news that has got and international supply, a new chase of "Difteria" in Olot, Catalonia, Spain.
This illness is so easy to treat, we only need a vaccine. The problem is that the boy who has been affected for this illness a few days ago was not vaccinate against difteria. He's actually in the hospital.
8 of 57 boys that has been analyzed are harboring the bactery but it don't affect them because they're vaccinate. The minister warned that , currently , the Ministry of Health approving the compulsory vaccination calendar for children, but regretted that its extension to other diseases, " there is no way to put it above the norm ".
All the summer activities that will be celebrate in "La Garrotxa" will require a personal list of each boy or girl with their vaccines.
The illness appears 18 years later because the parents of this boy didn't want to vaccine him because they thought that vaccines has no any utilty. They have asked forgiveness but it won't change nothing of this situation.
Crittical Apraissal:
I think that a good parents should have vaccinated his son because, although you don't believe in artificial treatments or in science you must be responsable with your society. This situation will make us to learn a lot of things that will be so necessaries in future but now, the damage is done.
Now, the principal concern must be to cure the affected boy, to think about it and to learn about it.
